Our approach
We work to support dignity, choice, safety, wellbeing, and meaningful participation in everyday life. Services are guided by each person’s assessed needs, authorized plan, and the requirements of the applicable program.
Our team coordinates with individuals, families and representatives, case managers, care coordinators, practitioners, and other members of the person’s support or care team as appropriate.
