Community Residential Services (CRS)
CRS supports adults at licensed residential locations in Brooklyn Center. Supports are based on assessed needs and the person’s authorized service plan.
Integrated Community Supports (ICS)
ICS supports adults age 18 and older in an integrated community setting in South Minneapolis, where each person has their own living unit.
Eligibility and availability
Participants must be eligible and authorized through an applicable Minnesota HCBS waiver. Admission is subject to assessment, service authorization, compatibility, our ability to safely meet the person’s needs, and current capacity.
